We are investigating an issue affecting SMS delivery across major telecommunications providers.

Messages are still being processed and sent normally by CastBrick, but some SMS messages may experience delays or may not be delivered to recipients.

Transactional SMS can continue to be used normally. For testing, we recommend using the Playground.

We recommend waiting before sending large SMS campaigns until the situation has stabilized.
